Custom Affiliate Script Needed!

MYSQL PHP I need a programmer who can build me an affiliate script that will be able to capture stats from a affiliate marketing website. This script will hide any affiliation with the marketing website. The script will also allow affiliates to have affiliates under them and they will also be using the script to view stats. Remember that the stats have to be instant so there is not waiting time. I will provide you with an example site from which the script will be based on.
