Custom Made Site similar to proxy.org

I would like a site similar to the idea of [login to view URL] It will be a site for people to list their site for free and pay extra if they want their site to stick out. Some guidelines for the site: I want pages created for this site: 1. Homepage like: [login to view URL] Have the same type of box but wider. You won't need the url box above because this isn't a proxy site. Instead of having just the domain: there will also be a description section for the domains to have in the box. I also like the top 10 and tier two listings but only have the domain listed on that part and make the boxes thinner. Don't worry about the "other proxy lists" "for your websites" "most popular" "Movers and shakers" Basically the stuff on the right hand side i don't need. There are also some other slight changes but they are minor. 2. Contact page like [login to view URL] but i won't need the "your proxy site box" For the subject box just an empty box 3. Advertise page like [login to view URL] but I won't be having the banner and text ads on the bottom. 4. A new page needs to be created for every type of advertising. Just like [login to view URL] they have a different sign up page for each type of listing. There also should be sign up page for a free site. Having site listed on this site is free if it is plain and unbolded. If the person signs up free they need to be taken to another page where there are banners and text ads they can add like this one. When a person signs up there needs to be a limit on the amount of characters for the description. When a person signs up have them taken to page like this one [login to view URL] This site has many banners but I only need two created with gif of different sizes that are animated. Also have text link box for them to copy and paste that. 5. An admin needs to be setup for the site so it is easy to add and delete sites. It would be awesome if everything could be automatic so when a person signs up and adds a site it is automatically added. I would like to approve the site before it goes in. Also on the admin have the date they signed up and added the site so I will know how long their site can stay on. 6. For web design two banners will need to be created as mention above and also a nice looking logo for the top. I was thinking something like an outdoor advertising that has the words use ads on it. Just an idea. 7. Just a quick note when a person signs up for free they are required to place the banner ad or text ad on their site. Have them sent an email to place the add on their site. It needs to be setup like a link exchange if they sign up for free. Our site will not allow them to have a link on their site until it reads the link on their site. A reciprocal link is required on their site. similar to [login to view URL] where it says "our link is located at"
