The goal of this program is fairly simple. I'm hoping to have this done this weekend. It is to take any customer’s address and paste it into the proper fields on a webpage. I want a program that can run locally on my machine. It should have a very simple, basic GUI (nothing fancy needed). It can look like notepad or something similar. It should be simple to run and startup. It needs to be able to run on Windows XP or later.
I want to paste a customer’s address (it will be 3-4 lines long) into the program as an input. I should be able to paste the address into the program as I would in any word processor. When I’m at a specific URL (see screenshot provided in attachment), with the click of one button, I want the program to automatically capitalize all lower case letters of my input and populate the fields with the customer’s address. If I’m not at that specific URL, the program should not crash, but perhaps give a message for me to navigate to the URL before submitting the address.
I do not anticipate that this will take more than a few hours of work. The hardest part will be trying to select the state abbreviation from the drop-down menu, but I've provided a link to help you with that even if you're not familiar with U.S. states and their abbreviations you should be able to have no problem figuring it out.
Hey, even though it is Christmas at the moment I can spare some time to get the project done over the weekend most likely, but please check your PMB before you make your decision. Regards, jkDev
