Blacklist Auditor

I need a programmer for on going projects! I have a small internet business that I continually add on too and my programmer just got a full time job,(yikes) so I need to find someone else to work with me as I add new features to my membership site. One requirement is that you will need to know Pearl and be adaptable with other peoples code. (meaning, add on too, not re-do what I already have) What you are bidding on is an online application that I need. Project Name: Blacklist Auditor Description: Scans and monitors clients outbound mail server addresses daily. If an address shows up on a Blacklist, the client is emailed with the information/link of that Blacklist. In other words... I want my clients (customers) to be notified when *their* email/IP appears on one of the 200 Blacklists out there. So, the interface would enable the client to enter email or IP addresses that they want monitored. Every day, the program would scan the Blasklists automatically to detect if any of the addresses have been listed. If so, they customer would receive an email letting them know that they were just placed on (name) Blacklist, with a link to that Blacklists web page so they can inquire to get off the Blacklist.
