Acrobat Form Date Problem

The attached form has a text field in the upper left corner that displays today's date. The date is scripted with java in the text field properties.

I need this form modified as follows: The date should reflect date the form is completed and either printed or submitted. The date is then locked so that this form, forever onward, will show only the date is was created, printed and or submitted - whichever is first.

Everything else on the form is satisfactory at this time.
