Additional finishes to our real estate crawler site (repost)

phase-I of our real estate-crawler search site has been finished. (php/mySql). **Basic Objective of our site**: To crawl listings from prominent real estate sites in India and display the search results by filtering the search criterias as specified by the user during searching and then displaying the matching listings. So basically, from the user's point of view, our site is a real estate search engine. (although it is crawler based function and only certain websites are crawled). ## Deliverables 1. Displaying Latest Real Estate News blog news/links in our site in the module provided for this purpose. 2. It has come to our notice that 3 of our crawlers have stopped crawling due to some change in the settings of target websites. So our first priority is to fix those crawlers which have become dysfunctional and then only proceeding with developing new ones. 3. Fixing Google maps in the search result page to display the listing locations in the map view(some popular real estate sites has these google api's) 4. Coding of the "Featured Listing" design module in index homepage, to work with the script (to manually add our advertisers' listings and display in home page) 5. Providing us ideas from a programmer's point-of-view to speed up the site search function (crucial) which is a very important factor , and execute these ideas. Bonus will be provided only in discussion with the coder on terms if these ideas invlove much "significant" man-hours, when compared to the project as a whole. 6. To make the 'add my listing' feature(we have the control for this, in the admin back-end) make work and display along with the crawled listings. To be more clear, this option helps us to manually add any user's listings and displays along with the search listings (please note that this is different from 'featured listings' module) 7. Assisting us in site trasnfer to another server, if need arises; as well as installing php accelerator scripts.( eg: eaccelerator) [login to view URL] crawl an additional site([login to view URL] or www.[[login to view URL]][1]) and display the listings on our site. Other Miscallaneous tasks such as perfecting and optimizing the script for better search query times, and to rectify related errors (if any) ,occuring by accident (and/or unanticipated) during the implementation of above objectives. Miscallaneous items also may include time-to-time fresh suggestions by us to the coder, and only if the coder feels that any of these suggestions require much more additional knowledge or much resource usage of the coder's work force ,we may be obliged to provide a bonus.
