Angel Funding Site

I have been let down by some coders out of the Phillippines, who I thought were great but could not finish the project, even though there is a tiny amount of work to be done. The site in www.angelsift.com. It is intended as a low cost site where investors and entrepreneurs can meet and exchange details and hopefully get funded. Also for sale of websites. The coding has been done for an internal basic social network and everything is on Wordpress. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. I was let down by two people and the site is all but finshed. It is really the payment system and the access granting powers of paid members that I need to have finished. There is a design element in that I want to change the flash element on the front page to something more appropriate, however, I can have this done later if the coder is not a designer also. I also am looking for a coder who can provide ongoing support on a 'when needed' basis at least for the first few months of the site. Also any suggestions as to functionality would be greatly appreciated.
