CMS website

I want a website created for a travel agency. Want it to be built around Joomla or WordPress or something like that. As long as the CMS is free and very easy to use and modify and has lots of templates available and easy to create templates for. Want it to have some custom features (there are a lot of free modules for this on the internet), i only want somebody to install everything and configure them to work as i want. Fastest delivery and lowest price prefered ... since this is more a "download" and "install" and "small configure" work. Waiting for bids. More description for this project will be given later.
