Coding a mini-site

Hi. This project is a relatively easy project that any coders will be able to do. I want to build a mini-site site for affiliate marketing with the basic content : 1. Private Policy 2. Disclaimer 3. Contact Us 4. Articles Page (a page with 4 categories of) 5. Articles (5 articles per category 6. Related Sites 7. 5. Ressource Page 8. 6. Site Map 9. 7. About Us 10. 8. A WP Blog I will need somebody to pick up the 20 articles of my 4 categories.
