Convert website to CMS

Hi, I have 5 website customers who want to be able to update their own sites. This project is to convert the first one. If all goes well, I will hire you to do the remaining sites. Also, I sell around 75 new website projects per year so will hire you for any new CMS projects as well. The first site is www.heritagefarmicecream.com. The customer wants to be able to edit the text and change the photos on the following pages: Restaurant menu Ice cream menu Ice cream cake menu Contact Hours Catering Coupons Concert Series In addition, 2 pages need to be converted to galleries instead of slide shows: Classic Car Show Kids Night The owner wants to be able to add, change and delete photos on these pages. The system does NOT need to allow for new pages to be added or for new gallery categories to be added. On the gallery pages, the system should have a default width for the thumbnails. When the photos are uploaded, the heights should change as necessary so that there is no distortion. Also, when the thumbnails are clicked, they should bring up enlargements that are a reasonable size. When bidding, please provide an example of the CMS admin so I can try it out. NOTE: Please do not send me any generic message asking me for my budget, telling me your credentials, or telling me how much you want to work with me.
