Corporate Media Website

Hi, I need a secure website which has a professional / non flashy corporate look to it. My knowledge of website design it quite basic, but i am assuming it needs to have a database - My host uses MySQL v5. For now I require: Home, About us, Contact us, Registration and Submission pages The Home page is just a simple page with our logo and an 'Enter here' link. I have the background colour for this page picked out and would like the rest of the site to be based around it, the colour is: #669999. I am currently working on the text for the About / Contact us pages but this is where I need you to design us something. It would be helpful if the template is easy to edit / update in Dreamweaver CS3. The Registration page requires to usual information: First name, Last name, email address, Password / Re-enter password, Security question and answer, Date of Birth, Country of residence, Receive emails from us etc and also an easily editable drop down list specifying the users ‘Submission Category’. If you can recommend any others please do. I would also like one of those anti-spam picture things ??" I’m not sure what they are called. A verification email needs to be sent to the user and when they click the link on their email there needs to be a link for them to proceed to the ‘Submissions’ page. The Submissions page needs a form of some sort where registered users can leave a message and attach a file. The files I wish to receive are Video, Audio and Documents. I would like a size limit of 100mb but the ability to change this limit easily if required. I don’t know the best way to do this, just that I need to be able to access the files easily ??" would this use ftp? No conversion is required for the video or audio files and I do not wish them to be available for viewing by the general public.
