Create a Referral Program on My Site

I operate a website based on the Pligg cms.? The website is an adsense revenue sharing website, where users get 50% of the ad impressions on the pages which contain the content they submitted or created.? I receive the other 50% of impressions on their pages. What I would like to do is implement a referral program on my site.? Basically, each user would have a unique referral URL, i.e. [login to view URL] (or some other format), which they could use to refer new members.? They would be credited with the referral, and a list of their referrals would be viewable in their profiles.? Then, whenever one of their referrals submits new content, the adsense impression scheme would be like this:? user who submitted the content receives 50%, I receive 40%, and the referrer of the user, if applicable, receives 10%. Websites such as HubPages, Xomba, and others have very similar referral programs in place. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
