Develop Webiste For One Product

I am looking for a coder to build my web site. The site is a business site that will include the following: * Eight Pages (including the Home Page); I will script all text on each page * Newsletter sign up box in side column on all pages * "Share this page" with? a friend link. * Order form to collect information and process order. * I will be using PayPal to process orders. * I want to have an autoresponder to send emails immediately after a client signs up for the newsletter or buys our product. * I will be giving away and e-book with a purchase of our product so they will need to be able to download the e-book. * We are only selling one product package that includes; an item,? an e-book, and possibly another digital download. * I want to be able to go in after the site is complete and make simple chagnes to texts, pictures, etc. as I need to. * I am looking for a clean, sharp, and simple site. I do not require flash or other advanced programs. I will have a couple of picuters/logo and possible a video or two. * I have already secured the domain name and email account.
