I am looking for a programmer proficient in Java and Flash to make a CD-ROM for me. The project is a novel that I am trying to publish. It is one month of emails, sent and received, by one individual. The program should be set up so that it looks like Eudora or some other email program (but is not actually connected to the internet). Across the top or bottom of the screen should be the days of the month, that the reader can click on and then receive a full inbox and outbox for that day. Then he should be able to make folders and organize the messages as he wishes. I am not sure if Java or Flash would be the best program to use (I have been told different things from different people); it would be useful to work with someone proficient in both who could tell me which might be best. I am planning to send the book to Eastgate, [login to view URL] , a publisher that specializes in hypertext fiction. They require all submissions to be formatted. I would like to hire someone who might be willing to help with the demo that I send to Eastgate, and then any revisions they might suggest.
