auction dating site with nice design

First i want you to read ALL and make sure you understand it, if not please ask before any bid.

I need an auction dating site similar to <[url removed, login to view]> and this one <[url removed, login to view]> i need the option to Host a Charity **Date Auction, make** gallery as well as private gallery for every profile, then i want charts like top 50 women / men best voted, most viewed, highest bid etc..

there also have to be a payment module to take payment by creditcard.

a vip section for VIP members only (paying members)

I think the design on the reference sites sucks so i need a better design

all search creteria like age, Male/female, sexuality, hight, weight, religion, country, city, date style (dirty date, regular date, romantic date, hardcore sex date, charity) and so on, need to be posible

I would like to offer a webcam date also, but this should then be done in a private chatroom for seller and buyer only after payment are done (admin should have the option to watch all and cut connection if something illegal goes on)

Finally i need an option to send mail out to all registered users both to their registered mail account and to the profiles chat/postbox

The site should have the option to be translated into multiply language

As a seller you should also have the option to select who your auction should be visible to, like only local (country, city) or only men and so on..

Admin should also have the option to check/see all photos in all maps also private maps so admin can delete ilegal or not ethic material or totally shot down a profile

Maybe an opensource platform like this <[url removed, login to view]> can be used.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
