Actuate BI Report Designer w/Data Source Skills

We are looking for an initial project of using a skilled Actuate BIRT Designer to connect to and query 5 different data sources (3 x SQL Databases), 2 x API sources and create a number of simple reports from the data.
On successful completion we shall look to use the same consultant to assist us to build other reports from other sources and on-going assistance.
All work to be done remotely
