apartments booking engine II

Hi, it’s a detailed version of my previous closed project “apartments booking engine for vacation “. I'm sorry for the late, I will invite previous interesting bidder. It’s a web application for a vacation agency; it manages sheets for cities, apartments and hotels. Apartments are rent on a weekly basis; the application manages apartment availability and booking, payment gateway is not necessary. Hotels availability and booking will be future extensions. It’s a PHP/Mysql application; it’s not encoded. It uses AJAX for advanced tools. It’s SEO friendly. It's not a CMS plugin. I need well commented code and code sources (it will be simple for me to do little changes or translations). The public interface is Multilanguage (any language interface is based on a language file) and can be used with any site design. Admin interface should be in Italian (English version is OK if it will be simple for me to translate the code/language file). There is separate admin and Back office agents login.
