We are running a door to door marketing activity and we want the development of a web based tool that allows the team on the field to imput data from each visit, and for the control team and custumer to see the final result per day of the activity. So at each visit the team at the field (each member as personal login) should be able to imput via PDA with internet acess the following data: Adress (street, zip code); Answer/no Answer, 4 questions with multiple answers, and personal data from respondent. Centrally we should be able to see: Rate of sucesse per team member, and total; number of households per zip code and rate of sucess per zip code. Custumer should be able to see daily data reports

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Web Based platform easely acessed by mobile device (Windows mobile PDA/Phones or Sibian Phones) Should work in all versions of internet explorer and Firefox
