Auto-match php script for matching players in a mysql db

Hi, I need an auto-match php-mysql script for my online turn based poker game. Basically, I have a database with 3 tabels; players, active_matches, waiting_list. 1. The player creates a new game and specify how many people should be in it (2-6 players). 2. The match gets a random id and is put in the active_matches tabel. The auto match script should check the waiting_list to see if there's any available players, and if there is, put them in a match in the active_matches table (sorted by time stamp. Get the players waiting the longest first into a match). The player creating the game can also invite friends to the game: 1. The player chooses a 5 player game, and invite 2 friends, Tim and Linda. Player1 will be the player creating the game. Player2 is Tim, and player3 is Linda. The script will try to find people on the waiting list for the player4 and player5 seat. Here's the catch. This is a pretty simple script to write and could be straight forward. However, the script needs to handle over 100,000 request / hour, and It's important that a player on the waiting list isn't choose more then once. Say there is 1 people on the waiting list, and another 10,000 player creating a new game at the same time. Only one of new matches (the first one) will get the players on the waiting list, the rest of the players will be put on the waitin list and then matched with each other. There can't be any conflict. Performance is also important. Timeline is important. The sooner the project is completed the better. Please let me know in your bid when you can have it done by.
