Automatic upgrade ipn Alertpay/Payza for powerline script

There is an ipn integration in the given script, but the auto-upgrade of paying members is not working. I need someone to look into the ipn file/script and see what is wrong.
Alternatly to make a new script for paypal, Alertpay/payza or both.
