Design Crowdsourcing Website in Wordpress

I am looking someone with solid experience to create a fast-loading Web 2.0 website which has the functionality of graphic design crowdsourcing websites such us [login to view URL] (Please check how it works, if you don't know) While I want the same functionality, the graphical interface and the layout of the site should be of original design. I need a WordPress script for the contest site. You can use the existing photo contest plugin : [login to view URL] But you will have to modify it according to the features I need. If you need a complete list of features I can give it to you. Also, I would need a fresh, unique and modern design for my site which is to be embedded with the WP script. What I'm looking for ? 1.
