classified membership script with twist

Hi, I'm looking for a classified ads script with one major modifcation. I need the listings to only be seen by paying members. But I need free members to be able to make listings, and edit them. I'm attaching a short 4 page report that describes exactly what I need. Please read the report, and quote me a price to make the script. You could easily find an open source classified script and make the modifications I'm sure. I need it to integrate with paypal at a minimum, but the more payment processors the better. (Clickbank, 2CO, AlertPay, etc...) It should also integrate with Aweber. The closest I've gotten to acheiving this is with a wordpres classified ads theme, and S2Member. The problem I have is that it still shows how many listings are in the database to NON paying, logged out visitors. You can see what I mean at [[login to view URL]][1] ...When you hover your mouse over the categories it shows the listings. I need it to NOT do that. If you decide to go the Wordpress Route, let me know your price for customizing this feature on my existing site. If you decide to go the classified ad script route, please provide a quote for that as well. Best case scenario: I'm left with something I can use across multiple niches on many different sites, that self installs with a few clicks, and is highly customizable. Thanks!
