Adding a gift wrap service to my Zencart site

I am looking for someone to complete a project on my zen cart site which will be quite complicated. Therefore, I am looking for someone who has a lot of experience in programming zen cart sites. Here's what I need: I am want to add a gift wrap service to my customers. During checkout, I would like to add two columns. The first column will be called 'gift wrap' and will have a drop down box. In this drop down box there will be the different names of the wrapping papers we offer. When a name is selected from the drop down, there will be a small thumbnail image to the left which displays what the paper looks like. Clicking on this image will open a window with a larger version of the image so that the customer can see it in more detail. Now, if an option is selected from the drop down box on the gift wrap column a charge of £4 will be added to the customers total. And, if gift wrapping is not available for the item then there will be no drop down box displayed for that particular item. To the right of the 'gift wrap' column will be a new column called 'personal message'. When an option is selected from the gift wrap column, a small text box will be displayed under the personal message column. Initially written in the box will be the words 'please type your personal message here....'. When the customer clicks in the box this writing will disappear and then the customer can write what they would like to be displayed on the gift card. There will be a drop down box under each individual product in the gift wrap column and also each product will have it's own individual personal message box. If no option is selected from the gift wrap drop-down then the personal message box is greyed out. Because of all the complicated options that will be added I am looking to get a new option in admin--->catalog called 'gift wrap'. When selected the fields in this new menu will include: - Gift wrap name --Category (see below) - Gift wrap image - Gift wrap price I will be able to add as many different gift wrap names as desired and assign an individual category, image and price to it. I will also need to be able to assign the gift wrap name to one of three categories: paper, box or bag. Admin--->catalog--->categories/products will also need to be changed so that, when editing individual products some new options appear. Above the 'product is free' row appears one new row with four new selectable radio buttons: Gift Wrap - None, paper, box, bag. If 'none' is selected then, during checkout no options are displayed in the 'gift wrap' column and the 'personal message' box is greyed out. If paper selected only the papers from the paper category in admin--->catalog--->gift wrap are displayed and the same with box and bag. After checkout, if a customer has selected gift wrap and written a personal message, the details will be visable in each customers individual order in: admin-->customers--->orders. The name of the gift wrap and personal message will be displayed above the 'comments' box. The only information to appear on the customers invoice will be the name of the gift wrap and the price (underneath the product it relates to). The personal message will not appear on the invoice. And, neither the price of the gift wrap or personal message will appear on the packing slip. One more thing, this should not interfere with the discount and coupon modules on our website.
