Creloaded Premade template install and customisation and more !

---PLEASE READ FULLY AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE BIDDING--- Hi you will be working on a godaddy server that hosts 3 other sites, this site resides in the root of the ftp and the others are hosted from folders. The current site [login to view URL] is running creloaded and has the SEO mod installed. However there is a problem with the .htacess file and modrewrite needs to be added to get the SEO urls to work. The .current .htaccess file has permissions for the other sites which are all working perfectly they also have a SEO MOD installed. I would like this site done in creloaded, but will also accept a good virtuacart design as it is very powerful. Currently we have CReloaded with two mods Seo Urls and Visitor stats. There is also a google stats code installed on the site in a hidden footer I think. Also the check out has been modified so it is easier to check straight out test and you will see. [login to view URL] ‘proceed directly to check out is on top’ Ideally I would be good if we could import the Skin into the current install then update to the latest version of creloaded if needed. I would like the current database and all settings headers etc to be imported into the new skin. You will need to change sites logo banners, colours the whole thing as it is looking very dated these days. The old site runs visitor stats mod, SEO mod, and Script for google site statistics and Picture size mod with abilty to add more than one pic per product. I would like these included in the new site. Also i would like a RSS link that i can point to ebay items. Similar to this to be shown in a header link on the site [login to view URL] The template we have can be seen here [login to view URL] You will need to make a few changes edit the PSD files so they suit our needs. We would like to keep the colours etc all the same. The order of work we would like you to follow is as below. 1)Fix the .htacess files so the current site indexes all pages and the seo mod is working 2)Make some concept logos for the new site and develop one for us, we are looking for a simple logo. 3)Customize the PSDs and files for the new site from the template and install in a test folder using the current database. 4)Make the customizations we require to the script, i.e we would like more txt on the front page than the default skin. 5)Update some script like google checkout 6)Replace the existing site with the new one and make some final changes. 7) Make a simple HTML template that keeps the sites design for ebay We are looking for someone who can develop and bug free clean efficient and easy to navigate site. This is for our core business and this site will by march 08 have over 300 products listed.
