Custom Website needed Pros only please!!

I need a site custom built that is very similar to owner will carry dot com It is a real estate listing site. Seems like a fairly simple project for those that know what they are doing. I need it to have an administration panel necessary for the site functions. I must also be able to edit delete etc all text on each page of the site from the admin panel. Please review this site thoroughly and pay attention to every detail as I have and will expect it completed as I will expect mine to function identically and the only difference will be the name of the site and the design. I need a better design but nothing outlandish. I want to keep it professional and clean. I also want the current listings of the site on mine as well. Again ask all questions PRIOR to bidding please. The other differences I want (or don’t want) are listed as follows: 1. I do not want the “Guaranteed credit repair” section at the top of the example site. 2. I also do not want any references whatsoever to the “Shell” drawing nor the “Join us on Facebook” reference. 3. I want the listing of the states as it is shown on this example site but not the numbers of current real estate listings for each state. 4. I also do not want the function at the very top of the page that says, “Current number of buyers seeking Owner Finance / Lease Option homes on this website:” In it’s place I want regular text that says, No credit check owner finance rent to own for sale by owner houses homes 5. I also do not want the “Affiliate Program” “OWC Ebook” “Want Ads” sections on my site. 6. IMPORTANT…The site you build for me other than what I have mentioned must function the exact same!! 7. You must complete SEO and if you cannot do this please let me know as if I think you can handle everything except that I will hire another person to perform that task as sites I currently own I can update keywords/title/description from my cpanel and want to be able to do the same here. You are only required to ensure meta tags etc are on the site the remainder as far as what keywords to use as well as title and description I will do once the site is completed. 8. Please ask ANY questions PRIOR to bidding otherwise I will assume you will build per my instructions. Respectfully I prefer to have these custom made and not a prefabricated template etc…..I am open to suggestions that might make the site even better but what I have already mentioned must be completed. Let me know your bid amount as well as the length of time you estimate for its completion. I also want to see previous examples of sites you built in their entirety please. Let me know your ideas via PMB and what you can do etc. Obviously experienced programmers and GAF experience will be given preference. This is a very important site for me to have done and I respectfully want the best I can get. I own several sites and have one that is similar to this and ranks number one on many Google searches as well as other SE’s and I expect this one to be very popular and have no problem with giving you credit on the footer. Again please ask any all questions prior to bidding as I will have some of my own as well for the potential selected programmer. Also I am open to cost and only expect it to be reasonable.
