Custom Website with PHP scripting

The entire project budget is $100.00 so please bid accordingly. This means if you cannot do the entire project for this budget then please don't bid. The domain name is already registered and hosted. After completion the entire site needs to be uploaded to the host server. The project is a basic website with some scripting needed. The website's intended feature is the buying and selling of websites. The entire website needs to be automated with some basic administration features such as setting the prices and changing ad displays. * How will this website work and function? Users will create an account to sell their website and post an advertisement that will be displayed on the site for buyers to see. There will be several versions of ads that sellers can choose from to display their listings on the website. The choices they will choose from are: Featured, highlighted, standard and sponsored. After signing up and purchasing either standard or highlighted listing the users ad will remain listed until their website is sold. This will be a one time charge per each listing. Reoccuring charges will apply only to featured and sponsored listings based on a per monthly service charge. The featured and sponsored ads will be on the frontpage or homepage of the site to attract attention. The sponsored banner style advertisement will remain on each page through the navigation of the entire site. Several banners or advertising spaces will be needed in the initial design of the website. Buyers will be able to choose from a catagory search that will include 2 main catagories established websites and startup websites. And a 30 catagory sub search. * Key features: The user must be able to create, edit, preview, post and save their ads. After the website's sale, the script will need to remove the ad from view once it has been sold and send an e-mail notification back to the seller letting them know their website ad has been removed from the site. Also the script will need to send back a notification to the website to show the sellers website has been sold in the database. Contact information form will be needed when seller signs up. Payment gateways such as paypal will be needed. A feedback display for user comments will be needed under the seller's ad so they can answer as an option.
