We're looking for someone experienced in CentOS Linux and OpenVZ virtualization to write up a program/script (possibly using cpulimit) that will very simply:
1. Flag (And log if possible) any processes using over an X% of the CPU
2. Then, automatically throttle that cpu to X%
Preferably, something that can easily be configured with a few edits to a config file.
It should be a simple bash shell script that runs every few minutes through a cron job.
