Build a language audio serving script

User Authentication system with password retrieval etc. Something like this [login to view URL] and with modifications will work. At the core of this system is a database with thousands of records in several languages and on disc are the corresponding audio files for each record. The script will take user input from forms then go out and find the records, gather the audio files and send them to a stitching program (which I already have). There could be 100's of people all doing the same thing, the script will have to handle this. - During the selection process script make determinations based on the users native and learning language, their skill level and previously stored data. - Output all text information from the file into a format useable by something like TCPDF or FPDF. - Store the details of which records were referenced back into the user file for future use. - Database, sample data and stitching program will be provided. You will more than likely need to modify the database and possible add more sample data to test functionality of the script. Please ask questions if what I require is not clear.
