CRM Development

Looking to build a CRM system. Included will be main areas Calendar System - similar to google calendar- with daily, weekly, monthly view. Adding appt, duplicating appt feature, filtering and search for appointments. Having the ability to have an appt history by customers and prospects. Prospect/Customer sections... all leads start off as prospects- capturing information about the person, documents, pictures, call notes, etc... Moving these propsects to customers when they buy services. moving all information from the prospect area over. have a payment section in this year to record all payments, etc. Vendors Section- key information about vendors. Need a super user (Admin) and then Regular users that has the ability to show different sections to each user. reporting- reporting on different metrics that are captured in this report... adding information for more robust reporitng.
