CURL login ebay and paypal

I am a bid agent and I have a website that organise my order. I am tired of bidding and paying for ebay stuff (routine job) I would like to give the right to my staff to access my ebay account without knowing my ebay account usernaame and password. Also giving the right to my staff to use paypal to pay those items that won in ebay in my system admin panel. So that my staff can only use them through the admin panel to pay ebay item by paypal and avoid them to transfer money by paypal to unknown person. I know there are some add on stuff such as imacro. But I don't wanna install in all my staff computer and when i change password, it is extremely trouble. I think CURL can do it. But I am not sure how to write. One more thing, I use 2 ebay account with 2 different browser in order to seperate 2 address and don't wanna mix up of the cookies. Thus, I only allow them to use firefox to login one of the account and chorme to login another account. If you have other method instead of using CURL, just suggest me. I am ok.
