Check list box and combo box need to be fixed

I need the check list box and combo box fixed so they can be viewed on a mobile web everything else works just these two items. I just need you to tell me how to fix it and ill do allthe pages. You can log in at <[login to view URL]> username: testing password: testing123 the entire website was built with Delphi for PHP 2.0 with visible components (VCL). You can view my problem if you log into the site with a android phone and try to create a new fire call. firecalls is all that works I didnt want to have to change all of the rest of the files over so I just uploaded the firecalls to let you see what the problem was. Everything else you dont have the permissions. When you create a new fire call on the android you only see the names you see without scrolling and you cant scroll down with the android phone. Thats the Check List Box. The combo box looks like it double and overlayed.
