Code for website

If you look at the site [login to view URL] you will see that they can enter in an ebay username and it lists all the negative and neutral feedback left by and given to that particular username. I am wanting the coding for that so I can place it on my website. It is the negative/neutral feedback seen in [login to view URL] so basically click on their pre entered username on my site and it will take people to this information about that username directly rather than having to type in the username and press enter (being a button on my website taking them to this info directly on my site not Toolhause's).
