Convert part of web site to ecommerce(repost)

The text archives of [login to view URL] can currently be accessed free of charge at the following url: [login to view URL] I would like to have this converted so that mini-payments can be made to me via PayPal, either for a one day pass to a specific month's issues, or to individual articles within the archive. I would require that the search box currently on the above page remain free to use so that a client could find a specific article. However, since many hits may result, Clients should not be able to access more hits than they are paying for. In addition, I have a sql database of individual articles that cab be accessed via a boolean search at [login to view URL] Access to this database should be monetized (via PayPal). Payment would give the client either monthly or annual access to [login to view URL] And it would provide client with an authorized log in and password that would expire at the appropriate time and would be limited to the one computer that signed up for the service. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform n/a
