Converting PDF to Excel

I need a multi-paged PDF converted to Excel format without losing any of the formatting, or only losing minimal formatting. I have attached a PDF for your analysis. The software needs to be reliable so I can convert PDFs every day, and I will need sourcecode just in case the PDF format changes.
Ideally I would drap and drop the PDF file into the software and the output Excel file will be saved to required destination.
