Create Flash animation

I am updating a web site and want to cycle through (4) jpg graphics on the Home page. I have the (4) jpg files ready and they are all the exact same size (768w x 367h pixels). You need to take the (4) jpg files and create a flash presentation that cycles through the 4 pictures, in order, at equal intervals. I am thinking the display time should be about 2 or 3 seconds, but this could always be adjusted later. The visual transition between pictures should appear smooth. In addition, we would like you to add 3 small controls at the bottom right, using standard icons for Back, Pause/Resume and Forward that will control the animation. The finished project will include both swf and fla files that are backward compatible with older versions of flash (for example, FlashMX, if possible). The pictures must not be cropped, resized or the resolution changed. The final files MUST fit exactly into a space 768w x 367h that we have reserved on the web page. Be aware that the top and bottom of the graphics have been cut out from a larger graphic and the flash file is expected to blend in with the other content, so no borders are permitted.
