Create a database to retain the data from the Paypal IPN. 2. Create an IPN listener program to manage the flow of data from Paypal to the Database. Program should have fraud protection built-in as described in the Paypal IPN Guide. Program must have logic built in to update the database apropriately for each IPN received (ie: Add Record or update Record). Program and database must store and update all records received from Paypal IPN system. 3. Create an admin panal (backend) to allow the database to be viewed, searched, downloaded and updated. Admin panel must have the following features: · Password protection and recovery · Ability to view and sort transactions by various fields. · Ability to download portions of the database to CSV file by date range. · Ability to edit fields. I will sent the code for an example control panel (written in PHP) if you like. I also have examples for each type of Paypal IPN which will be seen. The software and database will be tested on your server first. After it is functional, I will test it on my server for 90 days. Other requirements (Project Communication): · You must set up a gmail account if you do not already have one. · You must be able to chat on gmail · You must monitor you gmail account daily for updates, questions and corresposdance. · Please do not bid if you do not have time to dedicate to this project. Payment: Payment shall be made as follows: Payment #1: 0% released upon completion of testing of all software and database on your server. Payment #2: 0% released upon completion of testing of all software and database on my server. 20% released at the end of each month for the 90 day trial period. These payments shall only be released if all requested fixes are complete by the end of that month. If the fixes are not completed, the payment shall be retained. If after 90 days, the project is not completely functional per my requirements, the remaining project funds shall not be paid and instead shall be used to hire another programmer to fix the
