Cross-Platform program for daily log in, auto input, scraping of site, check paypal api for payment

I need a program that will preferably run cross-platform (PC and Mac) and preferably in python (with all source code). (We would like it to look similar to this [login to view URL] ) On the bottom right, there will be a button that says "Start" and if it is running that button then says "Stop" This program when opened for the first time will first ask them to enter their email and password (and password again to verify they match). If they do, then it asks them to set up a monthly reoccuring payment via paypal api within the program. This username and password will only be stored in the program itself. Then each time they open the program it asks them for their username and password, when correctly entered it loads the program and checks for any updates. If there is an update, then it automatically installs it (and tells them it is installing an update), then restarts after update is done. If there is no update, then it starts up normally and verifies there subscription is still active. If not, then it alerts them and allows them to update it, or asks them to close the program. There must also be a "forgot password" link which will send their password to their email that they signed up with. Once user is verified and account is active. program opens up and shows the current 10 zip codes you have chosen (from the last time this program was ran). If it has not been ran yet, then it will say "No zip codes have been set up yet" At the top, there will be a tab that says "Settings" (the reason for the tab is I plan on having updates and adding additional tabs) It has the following choices. Account Status: Active (If "Inactive" then has a link for them to fix payment problem and cannot run program until it is active) [login to view URL] Login Username <----(Once this is entered, it cannot be changed) [login to view URL] Password Max amount of miles willing to travel Each of those settings will have a little "?" next to it with a popup bubble with a 5-10 word sentence for help. The way the program will work is as follows 1.) after user has settings set up and presses start 2.) program logs into their [login to view URL] website and automatically goes to the specific page as specified and scrapes the following information Your Zip Zip Code Distance City Name Lead per Zip Agents Leads per Agent Rating 3.)Once it is scrapped it sorts it by "Leads per Agent" 4.) it then removes any that are outside what the user specified in the settings for miles. For example, if 100 miles were chosen, then it removes anything more then 100 miles). 5.) It then takes the top 10 zip codes and pastes them in the website boxes (there are ten boxes where you type in the numbers). 6.) It then presses the button marked "Submit Changes" 7.) the program then logs out and does nothing for 22 hours to 25 hours (the reason why is because I want it to look more natural logging in at random times between those times. So it occurs once a day). 8.)Within that time frame, it repeats these steps. This program must be very lightweight on the computers resources. I will also need the source code and the rights to it. Also, I will be adding more "tabs" so this could be potential future work if done properly. As the next tab will list the scraped data in Step 2 and allow for manually choosing zip codes, as well as a few other tabs.
