Seller: People want to sell the paypal balance. The seller account function: 1. Could post the into the auction listing with field: 1. The date and time when the seller post is approved by the administrator 2. The amount of paypal balance they want to sell 3. The amount for the sell price (should be in IDR currency) 2. When the seller already fill the form of the request auction listing they should be direct into the paypal for the escrow the money into the administrator paypal account. 3. If the seller was escrow the money into the administrator paypal account it will automatically to approved the request for the auction listing and the transaction id of the transfer should be sent directly into the administrator email But if the seller not completed to escrow the money into the administrator paypal account it's will fails. 4. The transaction fee paid 2% which: buyer or seller Coin function 1. Coin is the currency should be used on site for the transaction. 2. Coin is like the voucher in the other game but coin could be transfer on the seller/buyer local bank account if they was request on the several date/time The buyer account function 1. Could buy the seller posted on the auction list with the coin 2. When the buyer and seller deal so it's need some verification from the administrator to approve about the transaction. 3. If the administrator approved then the paypal amount which seller was transferred will be automatically transferred into the buyer and the coin will be transferred into the seller with the some (transaction fee 2% depend on the buyer or seller to pay this, and the transaction fee percentage could be adjust from the administrator panel) I will provide you the Cpanel for this project.
