I'm looking for someone to help us automate online registrations and send out custom voucher codes that will allow the client to take online assessments. Here is an example of what happens and how it needs to be automated. A person will sign up for one of our workshops and before they come they need to take two different online assessments. With the purchase of the workshop, we have to manually send them by email a voucher code with a specific code number. This is very time consuming as it requires us to copy the voucher code from an excel file and then send it by email to the paid customer. What we are looking for is someone to create a custom plugin or software that allows us to automate this process. Instead of manually taking the voucher code off of an excel file and placing it in an email that is manually sent to the customer. We want there to be an immediate email that gets sent out to them right after they register for the workshop. We are currently using 1 shoppingcart as the merchant gateway, but are considering moving over to infusionsoft. I don't know if this is helpful, but thought I'd add that in. We also have accounts with aweber and constant contact.
