Custom wordpress player that supports shoutcast / icecast.

Hello. I need a custom player that supports both shoutcast and icecast radio streams. The player should be tied into my wordpress database to pull information from the user profiles to display on the player. The information that is pulled to the player from the profiles should be specific to what dj is live. This player should be bug free of course, complete with smooth transitions between dj's transitions, no buffer when dj's switch, support on all devices and responsive layout. I would like this player to be simply embedded into a fixed footer on the website. It is important it is independent from the files related to the theme and wordpress itself to avoid problems when updates occur. Below you will find some, but not all of the features I would like incorporated into the player. I am in no extreme rush to get this player done. I would much rather a properly done job, than a quick job. Audio from the website such as the music page to be priority over the radio. If someone is listening to the radio and they click on an mp3 on the website, it will cut the radio off until the mp3 is complete. Users profile image to be displayed on the player when they go live. There are fields in the profiles labelled 'Dj Name' and 'Show Description' I would like to be called to the player as well. The volume slider should go from 1 -11. When you hover over the DJ name on the player, a menu pops up with a description to their show, links to the users profile , and the users artist page (if the artist page is possible) A button somewhere on the player containing changable text. When the button is pressed, a count shows up beside it as to how many times its been pressed which will reset each time the dj changes. This will act as a +1 or thumbs up to the DJ when the listeners like what they hear. I would like the transition to be smooth when a connection switches to a different dj or back to the servers auto dj. Transitions should be displayed on the player with editable text to say something like 'DJ's Switching. Coming up is _____" I do not like to send down payments before I see work done due to the previous 2 freelancers I have hired for this job have flaked off and I have lost my deposit.
