Customer Relations Management System

I need a 'templated website' that can be duplicated across many users. For example, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Both Junia & Alex will each be routed to the same abc website, but it has a 'personal feel' because of their name in the url. On their website, will have a user id and password log in. Junia will be able to access to a back-end page where she will store her database and be able to choose some actions. Alex will also be able to key in his database when he logs in. BUT each database is kept private, so neither sees either's information. BOTH will, however have access to a central information point. To better illustrate, Junia will have her 'own website' with her clients' information and be able to access to a backend 'shop' where she can choose gifts for each client. Alex will also have his 'own website' & while ONLY he can view his clients' information, he too, can access the backend 'shop' to select gifts for his client.
