Deals aggregation script

Need a daily deal aggregation script which can automatically aggregate the deals from the 15 websites and show it collectively based on categories/cities/countries, as per end user's preferences. The deals must be aggregated on the deals server rather than being fetched and displayed on fly, which may be time consuming and may delay the website speed. Old deals must be archived and be available in the recent deals. Admin must have control over adding/deleting new cities/categories/deals. The software must support Facebook login, facebook like (for deals), follow us on facebook, deal posting on the wall. The software must present pages in the SEO friendly format. The software must have analytics capabilities (time based display of clicks for a deal, for a daily deal website, category, and city) The software must allow the end users to search the deals or filter the deals. XML parser must be configurable to add new daily deals websites (using RSS Feed) either using direct feed or by using affiliate id Subscription should be manageable from the admin panel. Admin panel must allow sending news/alerts etc to the subscribers based on their choice of category,city, country. The software must send alerts on new deals. The software must have help. The software must be delivered as a installable package. Must be easy to setup.
