Further development to Mantis Bug Tracker:
1. Ticket should generate an auto alert after x days -- configurable in admin (this alert should also have the possibility to stop/disable; if the ticket has status "closed" or "resolved" the emails should disable).
2. Follow up emails should happen after x days -- configurable in admin (should be able to set how many follow ups as well as the schedule). These options should not happen unless I "activate" this on the ticket. I want to be able to enter tickets unassigned, then when I do assign or pick the date... the counter should start.
The key is how to handle activating this on a ticket by ticket basis, I think there should be some kind of enable button on the ticket for this, so i can enable / disable the email reporting per ticket. And on the 'email to tickets' system, this should be set to disable by default.
Deadline: 7 days since the worker accepted the project and received the credentials to the dev server.
If the job is not 100% completed to specifications you agree that there will not be a partial payment made for work done. We pay 100% for complete work and 0% for incomplete work.
