add feature make sub admin in admin panel with limited powers

Though I am new on Freeelancer but I am having expert scores in PHP on elance skill test. Hence I am capable enough to do the task. My Deliverable: 1. I'll add a form in your current admin panel from where you can add a sub admin for your portal. In this form I'll be adding the options that you need to allow/disallow to the sub-admin. 2. Whenever a sub-admin will click on the disallowed menu option. It will show "You do not have access to this page. Please contact administrator". 3. I'll do the needful changes in PHP Codes as well as the MySQL Database. 4. I'll provide a tab of list sub admin from where you can edit or delete a sub admin. My Requirements: 1. FTP Access. 2. Export Database. 3. Form Fields of Add Sub-Admin My Proposal: It will cost $30 and will take 1 Day to complete after getting all the requirements.
