crawler script for Google regional search

I need a simple script that will:

- search google Latin America focused search engines (ex. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc...) for keyword phrase that I enter into text box

- store organic result domains for specific number of pages (ex. top 3 pages)

- store paid search results in db

- parse urls in db for website tags in the resulting site source code (similar to ghostery) by category (ie. category equals: website analytics, ad networks, etc.)

ex.

Site 1: [url removed, login to view]

Category 1: Website Analytics (possible values for the site: Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, CoreMetrics...)

Category 2: Testing (possible values: Google Optimizer, Optimizely, Test & Target...

Category 3: Tag Management (possible values: Ensighten, Adobe TagManager, etc.

Etc...

A simple admin function that allows me to categorize the type of tags would be necessary. Script would need to automatically associate tags uncategorized tags in the db once I've categorized the first iteration of that tag.

Ie. upon first pass script would return tags. Once I categorize "google analytics" tag as being "Website Analytics" the script would automatically categorize the remaining google analytics tag accordingly.

I'd like for values to be formatted in | delimited or excel as follows:

domain 1 | Category 1 | Category 2 | Category 3 | Etc.

domain 2 | Category 1 | Category 2 | Category 3 | Etc.

domain 3 | Category 1 | Category 2 | Category 3 | Etc.
