I estimate that I can resolve the critical issues within my five day estimate, and probably most of the medium priority bugs. I can not guarantee the low priority bugs, mainly because I need time to familiarize my self with the project before diving into the code, but we can discuss further work on the project beyond the five day window.

I looked at the two PHP files you attached and the code is badly written and will probably cause hassles in a multi-user environment. My hunch is that the database is poorly designed and that could be a cause of some of the problems needing resolution.
