Create Template Engine With Code Codeigniter With A Theme Folder

Hi To All Codeigniter Developers. "If you don't under stand what is said below don't bid" I am using codeigniter for my template engine. I would like it set up so it has a theme folder in views i.e. views > theme > default and in that folder it will have template folder , stylesheet folder, javascript folder, image folder. the header and footer and home tpl file would like to be stored in the template > common folder. the applications folder I have moved the config folder contents to a new folder in systems > engine. But template will not load so you will have to fix that error also. the applications folder controllers container so far just a common folder which has [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Also what was on the [login to view URL] page is now in a new file called startup which is in system. I have attached a sample of my template engine I am trying to achieve but you will need to make a few changes to the command files. If you don't understand this do not bid on this project.
