My website uses the google maps API, v3 (javascript) and has icons scattered on the map. A new feature has roll-over content, where icons expand and reveal text on a semi-transparent box with an expanded icon image. If you view the following link with Firefox, you will see what a previous vworker did. It works perfectly using Firefox, Opera or Chrome on a Macintosh, and at least Firefox on a PC. The problem is, using Safari on a Macintosh, the rollovers don't work.

Your task is to fix the code somehow, so it works on Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera on both Apple and Windows. To be considered working, it should meet the description below.
A simple example of code to produce an icon on the map with rollover content: the icon should expand to a larger size and show a title/text field, with a semi-transparent backdrop. This roll-over content should be on top of all other icons, and it should disappear (return to the original icon) when the mouse leaves the field.
