Clone OSC website & repair on a couple of other OSC websites

It's a relatively straight forward project. You'll be cloning our UK website [[login to view URL]][1] for our launch of it in the US. Some things will need to be changed though: Will need to add the function that discounts based on amount bought. There is a OSC plug-in for this. Basically if the person buy 5 of the same item they get it xxx price and if they buy 10 of the same item they get it at a lower price. Basically a volume discounter. The Logo will be changed, I already have the new one designed.. should be just a simple line of code, if that to be changed. Might already be in the settings of the site. The up to date US Postal? calculator plug-in needs to be added, if the one installed is out of date. On the Shipping weight of the new website it needs to operate in pounds & ounces, currently set to grams. On the new website it needs to go deeper than two levels, currently the site is limited to only going two levels deep in the bread crumb trail. Also will need to put the code back into place for New products, featured products, and on sale products... this has been disabled in the current website. The repairs that need to be done are to do with the attribute and stock system. If you go to the above website and go into clips and clasp section you'll see McGizmo clips. When you look at the product line you'll see the drop down menu. In the drop down menu you will see the items are in stock. However when you add the item to the cart a warning pops up saying it is out of stock. So there is a conflict with the attribute inventory and the main inventory. The above is happening on another one of our sites [[login to view URL]][2] .. it will need to be repaired on there as well. You will be migrating the stock over to the new website from the 5 star cord. The ability to take the site off line while we do updates needs to be installed. Also on the SpecOps brand website the paypal module needs to be repaired. It is not operating correctly. You should be able to copy the code from the Five Star Cord website to the SpecOps website and this should repair it with no problems.
