Cookbook Templates in MS Word

I require 5 cookbook template *sets* in Microsoft Word format. Each set will use graphics, text effects and fonts to present a unified look. Each template set to include: * Title Page * Acknowledgement page template * Table of contents template * Divider page template * Recipe page template [Recipe ingredients should be able to be formatted in either one column or two] * Order Page tear-out template The templates will be for pages that are 8.5*5.5 inches. The documents themselves will be fairly similar in structure. After all, how many ways are there to list ingredients and instructions on a page. But graphics, fonts and line art should be skillfully used to create the theme, for example, a country cook theme, or an elegant chef's theme, etc. Rights to all graphics used must be transferred along with the templates. Public Domain or royalty free graphics may be used, so long as the source of the graphics is disclosed, and so long as the terms specified by that source (if any) don't prohibit re-distribution in packages such as this. The graphics should be at least 300 DPI, and suitable for black and white printing. If unusual fonts are used, please include the font files (true type or postscript), or at least the name of the font and where it can be obtained. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The files should be usable in Windows/Mac versions of Microsoft Word 97 or better.
